All bookings must be made through WhatsApp, Email, or our official website.

🟒 A 20% advance deposit is required at the time of booking for long-distance or multi-day tours.

🟒 We will only reserve the vehicle and plan your tour after the deposit is received.

🟒 The remaining balance must be paid in full upon arrival at the airport, and should be handed over to our authorized airport agent.

We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent, while also respecting the time and effort of our team. Please find the policy applicable to your type of booking:

✈️ Airport Transfers

🟒 More than 24 hours before pickup β†’ Full refund (100%)

🟑 Between 12 to 24 hours β†’ 50% refund

πŸ’‘ Note: Airport pickups require precise planning and vehicle dispatch, which is why late cancellations are non-refundable.
