📖 Terms & Conditions

✅ Booking Confirmation

All bookings must be made through WhatsApp, Email, or our official website.

📌 Please Note:

🟢 A 20% advance deposit is required at the time of booking for long-distance or multi-day tours.

🟢 We will only reserve the vehicle and plan your tour after the deposit is received.

🟢 The remaining balance must be paid in full upon arrival at the airport, and should be handed over to our authorized airport agent.

💳 Payment Terms

Full payment must be made before or on the day of travel, unless otherwise discussed.

❌ Cancellations & Refunds Policy

We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent, while also respecting the time and effort of our team. Please find the policy applicable to your type of booking:

✈️ Airport Transfers

🟢 More than 24 hours before pickup → Full refund (100%)

🟡 Between 12 to 24 hours → 50% refund

🔴 Less than 12 hours or no-show → No refund

💡 Note: Airport pickups require precise planning and vehicle dispatch, which is why late cancellations are non-refundable.

🗓️ Multi-Day Tours

🟢 More than 72 hours before the tour starts → Full refund (100%)

🟡 Between 48 to 72 hours → 50% refund

🔴 Less than 48 hours → No refund

💡 Note: Accommodation arrangements, driver scheduling, and route planning begin in advance. Hence, early notice is essential for refunds.

🌟 Special Tours / Customized Packages

🔄 Refunds and cancellation terms will be clearly stated at the time of booking, depending on the nature of the tour (e.g., seasonal tours, third-party activities, etc.)

🔒 Advance deposits may be non-refundable if third-party bookings are involved (e.g., safaris, whale watching, entrance tickets).

💡 Note: Always refer to your specific booking invoice or speak to your tour coordinator for exact terms.

Refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 5–7 working days.

All cancellations must be made via WhatsApp or Email, and should be acknowledged by our team for validity.
